Holder of a Master's degree in Science of Physical and Sports Activities (2001) and a Master's degree in Business Administration (2005), it was in 2009 that Vincent turned to the world of manual therapy by following the course in osteopathy, respecting the training criteria of the WHO (World Health Organization).
Since then, he has increased the number of international post-graduate training courses to integrate evidence into his practice and thus promote contemporary osteopathy, which is credible to other medical and paramedical professions.
He modernizes his interventions by staying up to date in the management of pain, in particular by training in neuroscience and the bio-psycho-social model, which for him are now essential in manual therapy.
Until 2022, Vincent was also a lecturer in osteopathy, during which he shared these approaches and thus participated in the training of the future generation of osteopaths.
With a varied background and an honest personality, his goal is to make his clients independent as quickly as possible using the tools he has accumulated over the years and which make his interventions unique and effective.
With his 20 years of experience, in addition to being deeply human, Vincent is a reliable therapist who listens to you.

Ambre Rose Gutierrez is a certified massotherapist and flexiotherapist with over 20 years of experience in artistic sports and dance, complemented by a diploma in 3D animation and GCI, as well as university level art history, and museology studies. As a former professional contortionist, she developed a deep understanding of body mechanics, blending her performance background with a sharp artistic eye. Her ability to observe and portray the human body allows her to accurately pinpoint musculoskeletal imbalances and effectively correct them.
After sustaining multiple back injuries that ended her contortion career, Ambre gained extensive knowledge in rehabilitation and recovery. This personal journey led her to develop unique techniques and methodologies that enhance her therapeutic practice.
Ambre’s approach centers on identifying and addressing the root cause of pain, offering solutions that go beyond surface-level relief. As a massotherapist, she uses advanced techniques like deep fascia release, ischemic pressure, and opposing force on tension spots to restore muscle chains and improve mobility. As a flexiotherapist, she targets muscles and connective tissues that lack elasticity, assisting clients in deep flexibility and mobility exercises. Upon request, she provides corrective exercises to address underlying issues, ensuring long-term results. Her tailored treatments are designed to effectively manage conditions like sciatica, tendinitis, joint pain, and other physical imbalances.
In addition to her clinical work, Ambre teaches flexibility and mobility classes at Tritton Performance, an Olympian's martial arts gym, where she continues to deepen her expertise in body movement and rehabilitation. Chinese medicine is a very personalized approach that considers the immediate state you are in, and the specificity of your symptoms to guide treatment.
For Laura, acupuncture also reminds us that we are an integral part of the world.
These two orientations are the basis of her practice, where she mainly uses meridian acupuncture (Sa’am Acupuncture, Dr. Tan, Master Tung).

Member of the Association of Professional Naturopaths of Quebec (ANPQ) and certified teacher-therapist in therapeutic yoga (Studio Yoga Sangha, Montreal), it was first in the cultural and artistic world that Stéphanie began her professional journey.
From a young age, his passion for understanding others led him to theater and cinema, encouraging him to pursue studies in dramatic arts in France.
This journey allows him to explore what the expression of the body, voice and words reveals.
It was in 2009, in Montreal, supporting and managing the careers of recognized Quebec artists, that Stéphanie discovered a vocation to accompany others on the path to balance and well-being. Having practiced yoga and meditation for several years, it was natural that she decided to turn to naturopathy.
Seduced by its holistic and empowering approach, she learned natural and simple methods to strengthen and stimulate the self-healing capacities of the body and mind, by adopting a healthy and balanced lifestyle. From 2019 to 2022, she will pursue certification training in France, redefining the active role that everyone can play in their physical, mental and emotional health.
If its preferred therapeutic tools remain, among others, dietary rebalancing, yoga therapy, or even herbal medicine,
Stéphanie likes to adapt to everyone and leaves room for a certain creativity.
Concerned about wanting to pass on, Stéphanie takes care to popularize the information, supporting each of her consultants individually with attentiveness and kindness.
*Stéphanie is currently pursuing 150 hours of training in Integral Ayurveda at Ayurveda Revolution.
